Refine your coaching and build your team culture
You should be out there shaping your legacy and guiding your program to success. However, if you're like most coaches I know, you're caught in the struggle to meet the demands of your role. You're torn between the school's objectives, the students' ambitions, and your personal goals as a coach. The pressure to win is high, yet your program seems stuck in a never-ending cycle of soul-destroying problems.

Do this feel Familiar?
Squeezed trying to make everything work
Pressure to produce results on the field and the in the classroom
Anxious about winning the recruiting trail and the transfer portal
Wondering if you are recruiting the type of athletes that makes your team culture strong
Questioning whether coaching hard will cost you the locker room
Concerned that you care more the athletes and the teams results than the athletes do
Overwhelmed with the institutional bureaucracy
Caught between being a coach and running the business of the program
Pressure to perform is spilling over into your personal relationships, leaving them strained and you isolate
I know how you feel because I've been where you are. I've tried to carry on what's been done before. I've tried to copy other people's coaching styles. I've tried to do it the "right way." But nothing worked until I learned that I could trust myself. That my experience mattered. I realized that I needed to do the hard work that no one gives you credit for, to achieve what everyone wants to achieve.
After more than two decades of leading my teams out of this funk and into a connected, winning culture, I created a process that Can be applied to any coach and any team that is struggling with these same issues.
The Engage Performance Coaching Method ADDRESSES THESE AREAS:
The COACH
You focus on developing your awarness to tap into your energy, foster your sense of belonging and do the work that builds your confidence.
THE TEAM ENVIRONMENT
You determine the actions and behaviors that need to be taught and the methods empowers your student-athletes through empathy
THE PERFORMANCE
You gift your student-athletes the freedom to explore their abilities and have the grit to ensure that the processes result in the ultimate outcomes.

When you follow this process, you can expect long-lasting, impactful results like:
- Your athletes and staff have a co-created space to thrive-in
- Your team sees pressure as a privilege
- You trust the process will determine the team’s upward trajectory
- You will live your values and create a culture that allows curiosity, progress and growth -- this leads to the wins.
- You’re confident that you have tools to solve any issues that come your way
- You trust that you’ve done the work that allows you to act with conviction
- You create the space and separation between your work and your home; developing harmony your loved ones

Let’s discuss the coach you want to be and start to map our your unique way to Cultivate Champions.
'When I first stepped into my coaching role, I had big dreams of what I wanted to achieve and how I wanted to shape my program. But my reality didn't match my expectations. The pressure to win, the politics, and the constant demands left me feeling like I was barely keeping my head above water. I found myself questioning my instincts, suppressing my values, and struggling to bring my true self into my coaching.
I understand the weight you're carrying—the drive to excel, the desire to create a lasting impact, and the fear of not being good enough. That's why I developed the Engage Performance Coaching Method. It’s a process that helped me step back, reconnect with my vision, and build a winning team culture rooted in authenticity and belonging.
Don't let the pressure of these expectations stop you from leading your team in the way we both know you are capable. Now is the time. Let's work together to help you truly lead your athletes in a way that’s true to who you are. I see your potential, and I believe in your vision. Let’s have a conversation about how you can turn those aspirations into reality. I’m here to guide you through the same breakthroughs that transformed my coaching career, so you can unlock your full potential and create the legacy you’ve always dreamed of.
